Includes the reprint of The Harvard Research in International Law as well as Contemporary Analysis and Appraisal. The research consists of scholarly endeavors in the areas of nationality, territorial waters, diplomatic privileges and immunities, status of government ships engaged in commerce, extradition, State responsibility, treaties, piracy, prescription in international law, exploitation of products of the sea, legal position and functions of consuls, competence of courts in regard to foreign states, and extraterritorial jurisdiction, originally undertaken to support League of Nations efforts at codification of international law. This collection also includes links to law review articles from within HeinOnline's Law Journal Library that are written by the contributors to the Harvard Research in International Law.
