Phillip
W. Broadhead

Broadhead has gained 18 years of trial and appellate litigation experience
in cases ranging from youth court to death penalty litigation while serving
as an assistant Hinds County public defender and the Marion County public
defender. A past president and current board member of the Mississippi
Public Defenders Association, he has served on the faculty of the MPDA
Trial School. He is a member of the Mississippi Supreme Court Advisory
Committee on Rules.

Derrick studied at the University of London following his completion of
law school. He is involved with the Mississippi Elder Law Project as co-drafter
of proposed revised legislation for the Mississippi Vulnerable Adults
Act.

Howorth practiced law in New York City for 15 years and in Portland, Oregon,
for 10 years, before returning to Oxford in 2000.

Since 1996, Krueger has been in private practice as a solo attorney specializing
in bankruptcy and domestic relations. Before establishing her own practice,
she worked for two years as a staff attorney for North Mississippi Rural
Legal Services.

P. Sinha

Prior to joining the NCJRL, Sinha taught as an instructor and served as
deputy director of the Tulane Law School Criminal Clinic. With more than
12 years criminal trial experience, he has served as a prosecutor in both
a large metropolitan and a smaller district attorney's office.

Williams practiced law for more than 10 years with firms in Jackson and
Oxford.
