Instructions for using the online room reservation system.
At the present time, to make online room reservations please only use the Mozilla Firefox web browser.
Not all versions of Microsoft's Internet Explorer are guaranteed to work with the room booking software. Firefox is installed on all lab machines in the Law Library and is available for free.
- Once you have read the instructions, click here.
- You will see a box directing you to "Enter username and password."
USE THE SAME USERNAME AND PASSWORD YOU USE TO SIGN
INTO YOUR PRINTER ACCOUNT IN THE LAB.
- You'll then be taken to the Meeting Room Booking System page. Select the date, time, and room number that you'd like to reserve, and click the "+" sign in your preferred time.
- Enter your name in "Brief Description," and the number of hours for which you'd like to reserve the room under "duration." Then click Save.
Remember the rules:
- Study rooms can only be reserved for groups of three or more students.
- Study rooms may not be reserved for more than three consecutive hours.
- Reservations are subject to cancellation by faculty.
- Students who reserve the rooms for too many time periods (i.e. "hog" the study rooms) will have their reservations canceled.
